Graduation Information - provided June 14
Reminders for Graduates
Early grad cap and gown pick up is scheduled for Tuesday June 25th between 1 and 3pm.  Students should enter the school through the gym doors for gown pick up.

Grad Breakfast is on Wednesday June 26th at 10am in the cafeteria.  Graduates should use the main entrance to the school.  Students who opt not to pick up their grad cap and gown Tuesday may do so at this event.  Priority access tickets for the graduation ceremony for parents/guardians will be distributed to grads at the grad breakfast.

Grad Rehearsal is on Wednesday June 26th at 1pm at the Millennium Exhibition Center (MEC).  Students are to enter through the curling club entrance and gather on the ice surface area for information/marshalling.

The Graduation Ceremony is on Thursday June 27th at 10am.  Graduates must arrive between 9am and 9:30am and enter through the curling club doors.

Graduates sit on the stage under stage lighting for the graduation ceremony.  It can be hot; grads are encouraged think about this as they plan their attire for under their gown.

Gowns and borrowed hats must be returned to the meeting room just inside the front doors of the Millennium Exhibition Center after the ceremony.  While we recognize that students will take some time for photos with friends and family, they are encouraged to take as many photos as possible ahead of time so gowns and borrowed caps can be collected.

Information for Graduation Day Guests
The Graduation Ceremony is on Thursday June 27th at 10am at the Millennium Exhibition Center (MEC).  This event is open to the community/public.

Priority access tickets will be provided for parents and/or guardians of graduates.  The tickets will be distributed to the graduates at the grad breakfast on Wednesday.

Doors to the MEC open at 8:30am.

There will be two line-ups inside the MEC – one for priority ticket holders and one for general seating (guests without priority access tickets).  Ushers will be on site to assist individuals with directions or questions.

Seating will begin at 9:15am for priority access ticket holders. Seating for all other guests will start at 9:30am.  Seating will not be reserved for priority access ticket holders who arrive after general seating begins.

There will not be a specific area set aside for parents/guardians. The early access for priority ticket holders will allow those individuals to choose where they wish to sit and to be as near the front as they choose. Arrive early for your best selection of seats.

Individuals entering using priority access tickets may not reserve seats for others.

At the end of the ceremony students will exit first for a hat toss photo which will be captured by the school and shared on social media and our school website.

Families and guests may join the students outside after the ceremony.  There will be some photo op locations set up for use.
