Exercise Routines


Exercise routines will change daily. Keep active and engaged over this school suspension.

Routine 5

 Plank 40 secs.  35 secs.  30 secs.  25 secs.  20 secs. 
 Tricep Dips 12  10  6  4
 Lunges 20  18  16  14  12 
 Burpees 10 
 Jumping Jacks 60 secs.  50 secs.  45 secs.  40 secs.  30 secs. 

Start at Round 1 completing all the exercises and then move to Round 2, all the way to Round 5. Take as long of a break between Rounds that you want/ need. Change up exercises to meet your needs if you would like as well. Enjoy!
